We are proud to offer the most emblematic and traditional dish of our city, and of our house: Cándido-style roast suckling pig.
This delicacy, promoted internationally by Cándido, has turned Segovia into a renowned gastronomic reference. The fame of our suckling pig is not only due to its delicious flavour, but also to the ritual and tradition that accompany it.
Roast suckling pig is a culinary experience that captures the essence of Segovia, with a history that goes back generations and remains a symbol of the hospitality and excellence of our cuisine, but suckling pig is not the only star dish of our house, since our menu stands out for offering the most traditional and classic dishes of the region, such as judiones de La Granja or our roast lamb, prepared with the same care and tradition as the suckling pig.
To end a memorable meal, you cannot miss the ponche segoviano, a delicious typical dessert that delights all our visitors.
